Scientific and technological innovation and creativity will be the keys
to economic progress in the 21st century. The Center encourages synergies
among many innovation-related research activities ongoing at the E.J. Bloustein
School of Planning and Public Policy, the School of Arts and Sciences, the
School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, the School of Management
and Labor Relations, and the Business School. There are several distinct
disciplinary perspectives on the innovation phenomenon, and scholarship
in each greatly benefits from the cross-fertilization of ideas that result
from the Center’s activities.
